Frequently Asked Questions

Is Inside Oak View Secure?

We want to make sure that your information is safe and secure.  Inside Oak View is operated by ACS Technologies, the top provider of church management systems.  

Who has access to my giving record?

You and the financial secretary are the only ones who have access to your giving records.

What if my giving record appears to have an error on it?

If it was a recent gift, please give a couple of days for us to update your record, especially during busy seasons.  If you still feel your giving record is incorrect, contact Robin Pilcher.

Who can see my contact information on Inside Oak View?

Only registered users have access to contact information via their password. No one else on the internet can see your information. Users MUST be in our membership database before they are given a password.

What if I forget my password?

On the Inside Oak View Login Screen, click forgot password.  The system will send you an email to help you reset your password.  .

How can I update my personal information?

Go to the “My Complete Profile” tab in Inside Oak View. Click on the “Pencil Icon,” or choose “Edit” in the upper right hand corner. After you update your record, then click “Submit.” This action will submit a change request to the office manager, and once she reviews it your record will be updated.  These updates are normally approved within two business days.
